Mark Ponder

As the president of Alta Trust, Mark Ponder has provided the vision and drive to establish an institution with unique services for qualified plans, personal trusts and tactical investment management. Mark is also the president of Compass Investment Partners LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm, which manages funds for individuals and corporations. He was previously a principal partner in Pension House LLC, Compass Financial Group LLP and Design Benefits. Prior to establishing his first venture in 1987, he was a trust officer for Old National Bank which was the predecessor bank for US Bank of Washington.

Mark is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Alta Trust and is the chairman of the investment committee and a member of the trust committee.

Adam Ponder

Adam Ponder provides a unique set of management and technical skills in his role as the vice president of Alta Trust where he oversees the marketing and product development for the firm. Adam also serves as the vice president of Compass Investment Partners LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm, which manages funds for individuals and corporations. He was also a principal partner in Pension House LLC before its merger with Alta Trust. He served as an investment analyst for Compass Financial Group LLP. He received his bachelor degree from Brigham Young University in Global Trade and he is fluent in Spanish.

Adam serves on the Board of Directors for Alta Trust and is a member of the trust and investment committees.
